Cask at Roscoe Head, Liverpool. Straw, a very slight natural head. Tart grapefruit/lemon aroma. A bit of lagery grain but the citrus hop dominates. Surprisingly bitter/sour taste, mouth-puckering long sour-bitter finish, like sour lemon drops. A decent if ’safe’ golden beer.
