Bottled. Deep brown colour with a fluffy off-white head. Aroma is roasted, some berries, mild spices as well as some toffee and toasted tones. Flavour is spicy, roasted, some toasted and toffeeish tones with mild liquorice root and a wee bit of dried fruits.

Bottle from Cheers Liquor Store, Todmorden. Clear golden with a small head. The rhubarb and custard is pretty much evident in equal measure, coming across as a bubble-gum style sweetness in combination, but not too sweet. Despite this it's not really sessionable either as there is a density to its taste that probably will become overbearing after a while.
