Mega Bodega, LA tap: pours murk with a white head. Aroma is juicy tropical fruit... pineapple, passionfruit. Taste is sweet, lightly bitter, but definitely a bit bitter. Super juicy. Pretty tasty.

Pour is a barely hazy gold with a small fizzy white head. Aroma is some dry cracker malt with some orange peel hop presence. Flavor more hops than the aroma was letting on. Some bitter oranges with a bit of melon and green onion. Finish is super dry with no lingering bitterness or anything at all. Decent flavor and super dry.

Bottle pours with a clear copper mahogany colored body that supports a thin tan head of foam. The aroma offers up vanilla, booze, molasses, prunes and spicy oak. The taste delivers smooth soft sweet molasses, vanilla, prunes and boozy oak. Great sipper that will only improve with a few years in the cellar.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours light, bright gold with a huge foamy/creamy white head. Aroma is pale stone fruit - maybe apricot. Med body. Flavor does seem apricot but there’s some citrus as well. Juicily undry. Moderately hoppy. Moderately bitter. Rather soft on flavor, but quite pleasing.

Bottle via trade, thanks Arturo. Bottled 03/06/2018.
