Description
In 2011 founded by Sam & Tom in Shoreditch, launch of the first collab beer. The brewery opens in Leyton in 2015 allowing significant increase in production & quality control. We move in 2019 from Leyton and arrive at our new home in Blackhorse Lane, Walthamstow following an over-funded crowdfunding campaign.

We're on a mission to revolutionise the quality of beer at live music events by bringing our exciting core range of music-inspired craft beers to the best bars, venues and festivals in the UK and beyond. We're also the world's number one brewery for band collaboration beers.

Keg at BD Waterloo, 10/05/23. Hazed orange with a just off white cap. Nose is mixed citric zest, grass, melon, tangerine, airy malts. Taste comprises tangerine, light perfume, grass, papaya, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced light juicy hop bitterness. Decent enough sessioner.

Keg at BrewDog Waterloo, 27/04/23. Light reddish pink with a lasting crimson cap. Nose is pink berry sherbets, damp straw, perfume, lemon nip, balsa wood. Taste comprises red berry skins, damp straw, berry sherbets, light funk, lemon rind, hedgerow, berry pips. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a balanced puckering bite. Decent enough refresher.

Keg at Three Johns. If pours hazy deep pink - ruby with a small, but sturdy off - white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, perfumed, rose candy, raspberry, strawberry, victoria sponge cake, fizzy candy, sherbet and Eton mess. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, puckering, some granny Smith apple acidity, dryness, crunchy, raspberry, strawberry, sherbet, tangfastics, lemon peel and fizzy cola bottles with a dry finish. Light body and moderate, fizzy carbonation. Simple, but quenching sour.

From cask at Royal Albert i Deptford with Terje 21.04.23. Cloudy pale straw colour. White head and lacing. Refreshing aroma and taste of lemon, lime, grapefruit, papaya, lychee and pale malt.

Keg at the brewery. Pours golden blonde with a white cap. Aroma: pale malts, some citrus, melon, grass. Taste: light sweet & bitter, clean, pale malts, grains, melon, lemon zest, light herbal, grass. Medium body with soft carbonation.

Keg, half-pint in the BOD, Newport Shropshire, 3rd February 2023. Not quite clear golden pour, smooth white crown that faded slowly. There is something going on within the brew, a slight funky feel, it's not your normal UK Pilsner that's for sure.
