In 2011 founded by Sam & Tom in Shoreditch, launch of the first collab beer. The brewery opens in Leyton in 2015 allowing significant increase in production & quality control. We move in 2019 from Leyton and arrive at our new home in Blackhorse Lane, Walthamstow following an over-funded crowdfunding campaign.

I've got a few more beers planned before I head home. This signature brew from Signature Brew is hazy as its name implies, it's also fruity, at session levels in both texture and taste. Pine plays its part in aroma and taste, complimenting a very orderable brew. A little too gassy in this instance with its carbonation, but I enjoyed it.

Cask at Pigs Ear. Near opaque dark brown beer, small and short lived bubbly pale tan head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft dark malts, a good dark chocolate and milk chocolate vibe. Bouncy tropical fruits, mango led. Airy semi dry finish. Tidy.

Cask at Pigs Ear. Near opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft dark malts, candy chocolate, marshmallow and estery sweetness. Some alcohol spice. Touch of brandy. Light and semi dry alcohol spicy finale. It's a bit all over the place frankly but, somehow finds a common centre and becomes a sweet but drinkable impy.

Perfectly fine. Seeing Robert Forster! His brother Tony was on merch duty for the first time, that's basically like a roadie 😁
