Fra flaske, i solveggen på Lofthus Camping mai-16, 4 gentlemen gone beer hunting: uklar lys kobber, ok skum. Lukter silosaft og Karlsons lim. Smaker heldigvis bedre - gule epler, tørkede frukter og banan. Pussige greier.

Pours a clearamber color, topped with a medium sized, creamy white head, non-lasting. Mild sweet malt aroma with a bit of alcohol feel. Biscuity and a tad chalky feel. But hard to pick up altogether. Sweet and biscuity, not too much with some medium hoppy bitterness in the end. Alcohol nicely hidden, medium light body.

Butilka(Kotzt Otto’s Mops?):Clear, deep golden, medium-sized and stable yellowish head; moderate sweetish-grainy to pale-malty nose, some toasty, some metallic spots detectable, even though in the background, some herbal hops are well detectable; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied and quite soft; slightly lingering sweet and toasty finish with - hardly believable - some balancing hops in the aftertaste. A bit on the sweet side, but all in all quite good…

A tasty and a bit unusual weisse. Lots of the normal wheat and banana stuff. Unusual yeast and fruit profile.
Unclear dark golden color with a fine thick off white head. Rich nice aroma. Medium + body and a fine carbonation. Mellow sweetness and an unusual acidity. Wheat, toffee, berry fruity, yeast and banana in the flavor.
