27/11/2021. Bottle from Boris, cheers! Shared with ITFCfan/Dan. Pours clear bright amber red with a small frothy off-white head. Nice looking beer. Aroma of malt, toffee, molasses, dried fruit, winter spice. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Quite liked this.

Bottle. Clear amber featuring a small and short lived white head. Aroma of caramel, toasted malts and earthy hops. Taste of bread, caramel, honey, some raisins and nuts. Slightly spicy. Low bitterness. Medium carbonation. Watery. Does not warrant the fancy bottle shape.

Sehr edle Aufmachung.

On-tap at the Brauhaus am Lohberg in Wismar on 16th October 2021. It was their guest beer, at least that's what they said it was! Anyway it looked, smelled and tasted like a Weissbier, so I hope it was this one. Murky brown body, huge white head. Usual banana and clove like aromas, tasted of wheat and bananas with a herbal/twist, a bit sweeter than some too.

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Pours a clear copper/amber colour with a medium sized throthy off-white head. Weak aroma not really getting much on the nose. Taste is toasty bread, a little caramel, nuts and a hint of dark fruit. A slight earthy hop on a rather dull cardboard and watery finish. Thin to medium body with a fizzy mouthfeel. Not very good really and more expensive bottle than other beers that are far superior. Will not buy this again. Dull beer.

Bottle in Wreechen, 5.3%, from the local Edeka. Drunk while caramelizing onions to go with a ribeye and some sweet potatoes. Lightly cloudy with a good head. Rounded banana wheat nose, a hint of soap. Body is sweet with a bit of caramel, not as creamy/chewy as a Bavarian Weizen. Nice mid-complexity with fat banana esters, mild traditional hop notes & bitterness that blends in and doesn't interfere with the rest of the package.

On tap at a restaurant in Lübeck. Golden brown, moderate but lasting head. Spicy malty nose, nice smooth mouthfeel, flavor has a hint of wood and caramel but not so exciting. Smooth/low bitterness.

Bottle courtesy of Jonas, cheers mate! Consumed at home Wednesday 23rd June 2021 about to start cooking Aubergine Parmigiana and listening to Steve Lamaqs Evening Session on 6 Music. Pours warm orange light amber with a large white head of foam. Super soft mouthfeel. Typical banana and clove notes on nose but well balanced. Super easy drinking and a very tasty drop, like the balance with this, could happily drink a few of these.

bottle, thank you, Jonas. Cloudy golden yellow, creamy white head. Yeasty, wheaty with some banana and a smooth palate. Quite decent!
