Cask gravity at the Pig's ear beer festival 05/12/2017. A hazed orange coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is nice wheaty grains, dank, sharp citrus, lemon. Flavour is composed of doughy wheat, pale bready malts, waxy citrus, orange rind, grassy mellow dank hop. Palate is rounded, moderate carboantion.

Cask gravity at the Pig's ear beer festival 05/12/2017. An opaque black brown coloured pour with a loose beige head. Aroma is sour, lacto, woody blackberries, mouldy funk, woodland fruit. Flavour is composed of semi sweet tangy cherry, woody fruit pips, blackberry tart. Palate is semi sweet, tanfy, highish carbonation. Woody funk.

On tap at Howling Hops Tap room Ashford. Hazy golden brown colour lasting white head. Light hefe. Some long some herb some yeast character. Light banana. OK lemon on finish. Very light .

Not sure if it's standard or the way it was poured here but it LOOKS pretty grim. Murky, no head, etc. Luckily it picks up a bit after that. Light tart aroma and a light, sour cherry flavour with a touch of hop and an almost biscuity hint to it which I didn't expect. It's fine but no more though, even for me it doesn't have the kick I want from a gose.

Cask at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours clear gold with a fluffy white head. Not bad, some simple bready malts, relaxed citrusy hops, orange peel, pine. Light bodied with soft carbonation; not the best condition. Finishes with a little cat pee, more citrus peel, pale bread. So so.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Agressively tart and tangy aroma, notes of mustard, vinegar, cautious fruity overtones with hints of cherry. Taste is initially pungently sour, lactic and citric acidic, later more fruity, even with minimallty sweet counterpart, notes of morello, cherry sherbet, a salty touch. Tastes nice, but the nose... would be opened under the fume hood in every chemistry lab.

Cask at The Vanbrugh, Greenwich Rusty coloured pour with a light beige head. Nose of orchard fruit, toffee, sultanas.Flavours of red apple, toffee, sweet red berries. Malty sweet finish. Nice.

330ml can from Hop Burns & Black. Yellow golden colour, white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of grass & hay. Taste is malt, grainy, with citrus and grassy bitterness. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. OK
