Description
Beer has been brewed on the same site in Southwold for at least 670 years. In 1872 George and Ernest Adnams started Adnams Brewery. Our long history gives us firm foundations and we look forward to an exciting and sustainable future.

Adnams - we’re like a big breath of fresh, sea air. We make amazing beers and spirits from grain-to-glass in our coastal home of Southwold. Pours almost clear golden with a lacing white head. Aroma: floral hops, mixed grains and yeast. Taste: orange pith, light citrus and straw. Light spicy palate.

2012 bottle. Poured brown tan. Roasted malts and fruits and a bit of spice. Not reminding me of American barley wines but that’s just fine
