Cask: Golden dark with nearly no head & lacings. A pleasant light sweet malt aroma and taste. Very soft. Some caramel & cookie. Quite OK!

Cask, C4 Odense: Amber brown with acreamy brown white head. Dry roasted flavor - caramel/toffee. Flat carbonation & thin body. Somehow very smooth though! An OK Mild ale!

Cask at C4, Odense: Pale clear with no head or lacings. Sweet fruity flavor with some refreshing "spring" hops in between. Flat palate!

Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. A hazy golden beer with a dense off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of plastic, phenol, and medicin, as well as light notes of smoke - the flavor seems as if it is somewhat off? and the body is thin.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2007, London. Unclear light to medium amber color with a small, fizzy, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate yeasty, apple, light alcohol. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2007, London. Clear light amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, light hoppy, flowers, light almond cake, marzipan. Initail flavor is light to moderate sweet and bitter, finish flavor is light sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat.

Cask@GBBF2007. Golden/amber colour with samall white head. Aroma is yeast, leather, fruity hops and some caramel. Flavour is wooden and fruity hops. Very nice and fruity aftertaste.

Cask@GBBF2007. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is nectar, wood and some caramel. Flavour is very much the same. Not very exciting. Alcohol burns on the tongue in the long finish and aftertaste.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2007, bottled bright and drunk on train home. Gold. Thin white head. It’s a slightly sweet golden beer. It’s fine and I had no idea it was 6%
