(Draught at Bier Circus, Brussels, 19 Oct 2022) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of apricots, bread, candy sugar and spicy hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with dried fruit, pineapple, apricots, citrus and a balanced resiny/spicy bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced tripel. Quite nice.

33cl bottle from Prik&Tik Kampenhout, Belgium. F: medium, tanned, good retention. C: coppery, light hazy. A: malty, toast, bit red berries, pears, apples, banana, spicy, caramel. T: medium malty base, bready, pears, apples, bit herbal, spicy, yeasty, decent bitterness, medium carbonation, not bad for bio version, enjoyed.

T: full malty base, banana, apples, honey, peach, spicy, bit herbal, bit raw feeling yet bio version so ok for me, medium carbonation, drinkable.

pours clear dark, caramelly brown. Small white head. Scent is sweet, dark sugar, BE yeast (mildly) . Taste is phenolic, fairly straight up weak, some brown sugar, Medium high bitterness for the style. medium body, medium high carbo. Pretty boring, but no real errors.
