bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, color giallo arancio torbido, al naso lieviti belgi spezie frutta gialla marmellata di pesche ananas leggero solvente, in bocca è molto speziata arancia amara frutta gialla ananas note erbacee, corpo medio, carbonazione forte, lieve astringenza, media secchezza, amaro rilevante lungo nel finale. Una Tripel anomala spigolosa particolare troppo sbilanciata sull’amaro. Non è fatta male ma….. c. Birraland.it 14.11.25

Bottle shared in Brussels with the Referend crew for the hoppy Belgian ale blind tasting. Pours lightly hazed gold with a big, frothy white head. Lightly sweet with a little melon, faint vinyl, light doughy biscuits, light grassy bitterness. Light to medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Fairly clean to finish. Nice depth.
