Bottle at Bier Circus. It pours clear gold with a massive, foamy white head. The nose is fresh, juicy, citrus peel, sherbet, pear, light dough, cereal and hay. The taste is crisp, bitter, sherbet dib dab, straw, candy, apple, pear, doughy malts, very light alcohol with a clean finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Drinks very easy. A solid boost beer.

Pours dark brown, caramelly and unclear. Good white head. Smell is aromatic dark malts. bit bitter. Taste is Very good, roasted dark malts. Rather intense, bit chocolaty. Waaw ! pretty impressed by this infant-looking beer.. Agreeable MF and good carbo . If only that had a name that you didnt feel ashamed by for drinking, and a label that doesnt look like a drawing for a 3 year old.... If Belgian brewers don’t take their beers serious, than how the hell can we ???

Pours unclear, caramelly brown. Small white head. Smell is sweet, bit caramelly. Taste is perhaps a bit sharp. Mild bitter side, bit sweet. Carbonation ruins most of the palate. Mild spicyness to it, but is does take the upperhand in the taste-spectrum. Sweet, caramel and spiced ending. OK

Pours clear, light amber. Smll white head. Smell is caramelly. Taste is aromatic, yet rather blank ambermalt taste. No hops or yeast are to be found in this one. Weak. Wattery. Yet theres nothing bad about the taste. Just could use more complexity. Or any complexity, to start with

(Draught at Le Bier Circus, Brussels, 24 Oct 2014) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with bread, tropical fruit and grassy hops. Malty, fruity taste with notes of tropical fruit, citrus, grass and a balanced bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh and tasty, quite drinkable for its strength. Nice one.

Bottle from tderoeck, thanks Tim. Hazy yellow colour. Sugary sweet aroma. Flavour has a citrus edge. There’s a background skunkiness to it. Quite thin and watery. Sweet aftertaste.
