Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Chocolate. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle from Corti Bros. Pours dark red/blue berry color with a transient pink tinged head. Light violet aroma with a hint of red berries. Med body. Flavor is tart violet with a boysenberry overlay - no - reverse those! Dry. Slightly vinegar. Somewhat berry. Wood in the finish. Nice.

Nitro sample at Taphouse Grill in Seattle. Jet black pour with a thin beige head that recedes steadily to a dense film. Small patches of lace. Malt, vanilla and chocolate in the nose. Medium body with flavors of charred malt, vanilla, chocolate and marshmallow. The finish is creamy with a vanilla and chocolate aftertaste. Above average overall.

Shared by Stanley last night thanks for the beer and for hosting. Slightly hazy lemon yellow. Hugely tart puckering flavor with bits of grape and light fruitiness. Lightly acetic but yeah its pretty descent sour juice.

22oz bottle thanks to Toby pours out amber topped with a sand head. Nose is nice big sweet caramel malts some floral notes and a little spice. Taste is more of the nice sweet malts spice touch and a little hop.
