Bottle to snifter.
Appearance: dark brown in color with a finger's worth of eggshell white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet maple syrurp, bourbon barrels, vanilla, toasted pecans and some molasses
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a sweet, roasty and toasty blend; finishes maple-y and toasted pecan-like
Texture: medium bodied, leaning to being a sipper; very smooth along the tongue and a touch of stickiness (not cloying) just noticeable
Overall: if they put any more maple in this it may have been a cloying mess but it was done up the right way and would be worthy to come back to.

Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: golden yellow color with a one finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: kiwis, kumquats, vinous tones, funky/floral character, green apple and oak
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together in a tart to sour to semi-sweet sort of way with a finish of kiwi/green apple/kumquat funky vinous sweetness
Texture: light to medium bodied, good sipper, plenty of vinous tart to sour acidity seems to act pretty abrasive with the tongue but I knew that was coming
Overall: a very nicely done sour ale I'd be willing to come back to.

Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: dark brown close to purple-ish with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated somewhat quick and barely left any lace
Aroma: pomegranate, black cherries, red raspberries, then light lemon juice and a subtle vinous character, slight lacto vibes
Flavor: sour to sweet to tart and vinously blends the prior noted aromas; finishes tart and sour through the pomegranate, black cherries and red raspberries
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper, enough sour & tart character seem to be assertive to the tongue
Overall: nicely done sour ale which could be construed as a fruited sour ale (depending on who you talk to) and would be one I would return to.

Can to stange.
Appearance: copper in color with some transparency and a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: the cucumber is there and the Kolsch aspects
Flavor: the cucumber plays nicely with a mellow sweetness in the Kolsch beer; finishes cucumber-like and some floral and biscuity notes
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, pretty smooth along the tongue
Overall: I believe the cucumber was a nice touch to this beer. It would be nice again on a hot Summer's day.

Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, orange, biscuity malt, caramel, pine, leaves, some floral notes, hops. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a medium bitter finish. Too malty and sweet, but still drinkable. Not a "hop riot" at all.

From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam, Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Aroma is sour fruits, tart berries, citrus, peach, touch of vinegar. Flavour is nicely puckering sour with a dry finish. Body is medium. Nicely fruity aroma and strong sour flavour. Fantastic!

Bottle. A- Chardonnay, pear, citrus, oak, slightly funky. A- Orange color, clear liquid, no head. T- Grapefruit, lychee, white wine, tart, tangy, oak, funk. P- Medium body, average texture, medium carbonation, tangy finish. O- Quite tart and oaky. A bit acidic too. Definitely had a wine barrel influence. Would've liked the fruit to come across in a less acidic way but overall, good.
