Bottle thanks to WMW at the 2016 Cotteridge Convention. It pours lightly hazy pale yellow with a thick white head. The nose is cracker, earth, apple-pear, cereal, touch of bubblegum and banana bread. The taste is crisp, tangy, banana, apple, pear, wood, straw, cereal, nougat and white bread. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Perhaps a touch too sweet and tangy, but decent overall.

Light to medium sweet flavour, with faint lemony tang, dry doughy wheat, hints of bitter straw. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Moderate sweet on the finish, slightly alcoholic, with more dough, white grape, yeast. Very good.
