22/VII/24 - 33cl bottle from a trade (I think?), shared @ BBQ at Cybu’s, BB: 28/VII/23 (2024-570) Thanks to Arno for the bottle!

Food pairing: smoked mussels on the BBQ. The beer turned out way too sweet and sugary, with candy and fruity flavours instead of the usual coriander and orange peel in a witbier. Didn't match very well...

Clear light yellow beer, small creamy white head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: yeasty, lots of banana, a bit spicy, fruity touch. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: soft acidity, pretty sweet, some banana, little fruity, slightly sour. Aftertaste: fruity, banana, a bit sugary, peach flavoured candy, soft bitterness, orange peel, meh.

Dark brown colour with lasting head. Aroma has a touch of banana sweetness and some bittersweet dark, rich malts. Full, quite oily mouthfeel. Nice balance of bitter and sweet.

Bottle. Golden color. Soft citric aroma, with soft floral notes. Malty yet dry, floral, citric flavor. Not the hop character of a good IPA, but pleasurable.

Bottle. Deep dark brown color. Malt, roast, licorice, laurel and apple in the aroma and flavor. Full bodied. Caramelly sweet. Decent.
