Tasting at Papsø’s
Hazy orange-amber color; small creamy head. Mild Ale, with a simple malt and nutty character, light residual sweetness; but a light sourness is evidence of a possible light infection. Good hopping and correct bitterness. Still drinkable, but not for long.
