Taster at 3 Brasseurs, Toronto. Clear, gold colored. AROMA- fermented, fruity, apple, herbal, citrusy, malt, vanilla, honey. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly bitter, malty, floral, apple, apple core. Medium bodied. Not bad.

14/11/2022. Draught at 3 Brasseurs, Noumea, New Caledonia. Pours clear pale amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, ripe fruits, chocolate orange, hint of cocoa. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, slightly oily, soft carbonation. Light tangy finish. Okay.

14/11/2022. Draught at 3 Brasseurs, Noumea, New Caledonia. Pours clear pale golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, hops, grapefruit, malt, grass. Medium sweetness and light bitterness with a tart edge. Moderate body, watery oily, soft carbonation.

14/11/2022. Draught at 3 Brasseurs, Noumea, New Caledonia. Pours clear very pale gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, floral, wheaty, herbal, hint of banana. Medium sweetness and light bitterness with light tartness. Moderate body, slightly oily, soft carbonation. Best of the 4 on the paddle.

Bière pression bu au 3 Brasseurs de Lille. C'est une blonde à la couleur jaune assez transparente, peu attrayante visuellement. En bouche, il y a des céréales, trop de sucre à mon goût, c'est une blonde tout à fait standard et sans points différenciant, pas passionnante, j'ai eu du mal à la finir.

Clear golden colour with thin, soapy head. Impressive amount of hops here with a big punch of fresh hop leaves, grapefruit and lime zest. Later some peachy notes too. Clean and well balanced. Nicely bitter.

Bière pression bue aux 3 brasseurs de Lille. Fraîche et sympa, de vrais arômes fumés, une bière peu habituelle et vraiment agréable avec un plat bien de chez nous comme un welsch!

Bière pression bue aux 3 brasseurs de Lille. Fraîche et sympa, mais pas assez amère à mon goût pour que je la considère vraiment comme une IPA. C'est plutôt une "IPA du nord" comme j'ai tendance à appeler ce genre de bière.

Bière pression bue aux 3 brasseurs de Lille. Jolie robe cuivrée, claire, avec une très fine mousse et des bulles très prononcées. En bouche, saveurs de caramel cuit, légèrement amer et brûlé, côté herbeux. Pas très intense.
