A franchise chain of 27 brewpubs (in 2021).

Its first brewery was opened in Lille in 1986, the "3 Brasseurs" restaurant chain has built its reputation on the quality of its microbrewery as well as its traditional and generous cuisine served in a warm and friendly setting. Since then, this strong regional brand has continued its development in Hauts-de-France, but also nationally and internationally.

Bière pression bue aux 3 brasseurs de Lille. Couleur brune sombre, fine mousse beige. Nez sur le caramel. En bouche, malt grillé, caramel. Une brune tout à fait honorable.

Bière pression bue aux 3 brasseurs de Lille. Blonde ambrée dorée limpide. Nez fleuri et sur les levures. En bouche, dominante de pils, céréales, rafraichissante, agrumes, notes d'épices. Pas mal dans son genre, respectable sans être passionnante.

Tasting sample from tap @ Les 3 Brasseurs Papeete (visited 4/1/19). F: medium, bit tan, good retention. C: amber, clear. A: malty, bready, spicy, bit herbal, fruity. T: malty, bready, grassy, herbal, spicy, vaguely fruity, medium body and soft carbonation, not over-spiced so ok.

Tasting sample from tap @ Les 3 Brasseurs Papeete (visited 4/1/19). F: medium, almost white, average retention. C: deep gold, clear. A: citrus, fruity, bit grapefruits, caramel. T: malty base, fruity, citrus, grapefruits, good balanced bitterness, medium body and carbonation, not bad.

Tasting sample from tap @ Les 3 Brasseurs Papeete (visited 4/1/19). F: medium, white, average retention. C: straw to pale blonde, almost clear. A: malty, grassy, bready, bit spicy. T: malty, bit bready, grassy, decent bitterness, light to medium body and medium carbonation, not bad, drinkable.

From Mondevilee, past best before about a month, dark brown beer. Small head. Aroma is malt, caramel, fruit. Taste is the same. Light tartness maybe due past best before but enjoyable.
