In de loop van de tijd zijn we uit ons jasje gegroeid en in april 2018 zijn we verhuisd naar de jachthaven van Uitgeest waar we niet alleen meer kunnen produceren maar ook beter te vinden zijn.
In 2025 verhuisd van Lagendijk naar Populierenlaan

Bottle @ home. Hazy red color, yeast residu floating in it, huge fizzy beige head. Typical aroma of a Belgian Strong Ale off balance: malts, some herbs or spices, too much alcohol, yeasty and a bit bready. Taste malts, alcohol, herbs or spices, sweetish with a herbal bitter finish. Annoying carbonation, medium body.

33cl Bottle at ’t Lommertje. Hazy pale yellow colour, white head. Aroma of yeast, wheat, light spicy, hint of lemon. Flavour is of wheat, dirt, wet earth, coreander, light-bitter finish. Light-bodied. Over-carbonated. Amateuristic brew IMHO.

On tap at ’t Lommertje. Muddy deep golden colour, white head. Aroma is light fruity, yeasty, a bit sweet, dead yeast/plastic. Flavour is light-sweet, some plastic bitterness, yeast, light spicy, coreander, sweet fruits, bitter yeasty finish. Light-bodied. A bit too yeasty.

Tap @ Wormer, small sample. Clear amber color, short head. Aroma of burned and toasted malts, raisin, like special B gives, some caramel, just a hint of spicy yeast, but it’s the special B that is quite prominent. Bit sweet in taste, bit dry. Slightly unbalanced at the moment, but that could balance out a bit more in time.

Tap @ Wormer, small sample. Slight hazy amber to copper color, medium head. Aroma of spicy belgian yeast, caramel, hint of raisin, hint of alcohol. Bit sweet taste, quite dry. A bit like a caramelly triple. Not bad, but not really my favorite style.

Tap @ Wormer, small sample. Slight hazy yellow color, big white head. Aroma has some citrus, bit spicy. Bit sweet in taste, spicy again. Like a blend between a belgian white and a blonde.

Cloudy, medium brown colour. Aroma is quite yeasty. It feels a bit raw and unrefined. Also very gassy. Fresh hop aftertaste.

licht gouden met enorme witte kraag aroma: fris, mout, zoet, citrus, graan, stro smaken: zacht, kruidig, koriander, citrus, mout, gist lichte body, normale co2, ietwat romig mondgevoel, best wel goed!
