In de loop van de tijd zijn we uit ons jasje gegroeid en in april 2018 zijn we verhuisd naar de jachthaven van Uitgeest waar we niet alleen meer kunnen produceren maar ook beter te vinden zijn.
In 2025 verhuisd van Lagendijk naar Populierenlaan

Fonefan 100415. Amber colour with a beige head. Flavour is yeast, malt, caramel, fruit, bread. Lively carbonated beer.

Bottle sample at NHBF’15. Muddy light-golden amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of yeast, soap, oats, wheat, some citrus. Flavour is oats, wheat, soap, yeast, yeasty bitter finish with some lemon. Light bodied. Not great.

Bottle 330ml. [ As De Noord-Hollandse Bierbrouwerij Amber 950 ].Guscher !! Clear medium amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, drough, light to moderate yeasty, earthy notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, candy, drough, yeast, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft - lively. [20150410]

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Heavy gusher. Unclear amber with an off-white head and lots of floaties. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, fruity and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. High carbonation. A bit of a mess. 100415

Bottle @ Post-Easter Procrastination, Ulfborg. Pours cloudy amber with airy off-white head. Cleara roma of caramel malt, with notes of fruit and spice and touches of hops. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt, with notes of chocolate, fruit and hops. Estery and mildly bitter aftertaste. Lively carbonation but the body is not very rich. Okay.

Bottle 330ml. [ As De Noord-Hollandse Bierbrouwerij Uitgeester Engeltje ].Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, sweet yeast, sour - yogurt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, candy, sweet yeast, cookie, bread, sweet ? sweet rice, rice, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150117]

330ml Bottle - Hazy amber with a foamy head. Sultanas, malt, marzipan and caramel in the aroma. Fruity and slightly sweet taste with caramel, apricot and sultanas standing out.

330ml bottle. Murky, dark amber colour with small, frothy, fairly lasting, off-white head. Dusty, yeasty aroma, sweet-ish, fruity, chocolately background, a touch of caramel, hints of fermenting apple, some alcohol. Taste is bitter, yeasty, alcoholic, hints of apple. Unbalanced, inharmonious, forgettable brew.

Bottle, 6%. Clear golden with big white head. Aroma is malt, milky, fruit, rice and yogurt. Flavour is malt, vegetable, yogurt, milky, yeast, medium sweet, phenols, littleover carbonated, rice and a little bitter.
