Keg pour in Scotts Bar, Edinburgh opposite Fierce, 24/02/23. Took Cobby here as he was upset with a bar man in the last craft place and needed calming down with the BIG RED T. Friendly local at the bar said the shitters were like Trainspotting ... were they bollocks ... standard pub fayre with a bit of sectarian graffiti concerning the Pope on the wall. Anyhoos ... Clear golden pour with a good sized white head. Nose is pale malts, light breads, grains, cereals. Taste comprises more pale malts, toasted grains, corn, crackers, light caramel biscuit. Medium bodied, fine soft and massaging carbonation, semi drying close. A Boss lager to be fair ... clean and easy drinking ... too many bier xnobes on here ... I followed up with another pint in Inverness at the Phoenix the next day without Darren's guidance.
