Draught. Amber colour with a mediumsized creamy slightly off-white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is sweet caramel with some slight spiciness, chocolate and mild dried fruits. Flavour is sweet malts, some alcohol, a bit spiciness with some berries and mild toffee.

(Bottle, De Spuyt, Amsterdam, 25 Aug 2022) Pale golden colour with big, white head. Malty, wheaty nose with notes of bread, clove and hay. Malty, wheaty taste with bread, hay, clove, banana, citrus and a low citric bitterness in the finish. Not the most complex weizen, but tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

Bottle, 8.2%. Rough and grainy aroma. Seems pretty standard for the style. Hazy golden colour. Big stable frothy white head. The flavour is quite malty, a lot maltier than most tripels. Has a good spicy note and some citrus. Unclean citrus, slightly funky, but it works well.
