Flaska från Bierothek. Ljusgul disig vätska med högt vitt skum. Torr och krispig med fina ädelhumlesmaker av gräs, hartz och hö. Bra kropp, säd, bröd. En riktigt bra pilsner. Mycket gott

Klare gelbe Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, hopfig, würzig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Pours a clear, transparent light to mid amber with a rather big pillowy white head that shows pretty good retention and some lacing. Quite good intensity in the nose: maltiness upfront, with hay, bread, lighter caramel; delicate but present pilsner-like hoppiness, with some grassiness and zesty hints. Hoppier than expected in the taste: malty notes as per aroma, with some caramel sweetness cut by rather vivid pilsner-like hoppiness: fresh grass, lemonish/zesty hints, a background hint of (clean) earthiness. Overall light to medium sweet and medium bitter, with a balanced mouth and the slightest bittering edge in finish/aftertaste. Light to medium bodied; average light bubbled carbonation. Decently lively and easily drinkable. An interesting/uncommon one; kind of an amber pilsner. I liked it.

T: sweetish apple, cereal, bread, hay.
F: soft grassy hops, vague sourish citrus, bread.
P: light to medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Clean Pils, enjoyable.

Runder, würzig herb-hopfiger Beginn. Geringe Süße, rund herb, bitter, getreidig. Mittellanger Abgang. 10/9/9/8//9

0,5 l bottle. Clear golden in the glass, one finger white foamy head. Smooth grainy and caramel on the nose, tastes the same. Mid bitterness. Everything as expected. Nothing wrong.

Keesmann Hell, 4,8 %, Flasche vom Landbierparadies24. - Goldgelb, klar; sahniger Schaum mit schöner Gardine. - In der Nase kernig gerstiges helles Malz, eher säuerlich als süß, und milde aber solide Hopfung, verhalten zitronig und fein herbal. - Antrunk deutlich gerstig hellmalzig mit zartem Süßsauer, jedenfalls weniger süß als die meisten Hellen die ich kenne, doch nicht ohne die zarten Honignote, die traditionelle gebraute Biere auszeichnet. Feine, gedämpft zitrusfruchtige und herbale Herbe. Milder rezent, fein mineralisch. Im Abgang mild-aromatische herbale Herbe. - Grundsolides, geradezu mustergültiges Helles mit kernig gerstigem Charakter, dem eine etwas ausgeprägtere säuerliche Note das besondere Etwas gibt. Meine erste Wahl bleibt dennoch das Herren Pils. (4.8.2023.)
