Description
Founded in 2014 by Allan and Sarah. Scientists by training with a passion for beer. After working all over the world in science and brewing.

It was during this period that we began to think what the ethos would be of our ideal company. From that the Atom story began. Our ethos has not been just about making beer, our long-term goal is to create an educational environment to inspire students across all age groups and build a community.

On tap at Brewdog Soho. Nose is coffee, dark chocolate, raisin, smoke,cocoa. Taste is raisin, coffee, cocoa, smoke, touch of cola. Sweet malty finish.

Cask at The Head Of Steam, Hull, 22/01/2026.
Moderately hazed golden orange topped with a lasting just off white head ... fill glass lacing ensues.
Nose is mellow citric pith, grass, hint of peach.
Taste comprises soft malts, orange zest, grass, melon, light bread dough.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow juicy hop bitterness.
Decent cask pale.

Nose is chocolate, dark malts, raisins, charr.
Taste comprises earthy roast, chocolate biscuit, dried fruit rinds.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close.
Solid flavoursome stout.

Golden blonde topped with a white crown.
Nose is grass, melon, bitter orange, airy malts.
Taste comprises citric tinged straw, orange zest, grass, melon.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spiked with grassy hop bitterness.
Decent enough sessioner.

Keg at Shakespeare's ACH, Sheffield - Jet black with a tan head, lots of ashy pine and spruce in the aroma. Crisp and tangy citrus, pine with a fruity edge that makes this decent.

Cask at Shakespeare's ACH, Sheffield - Jet black body with a slightly pinky-beige top. Lots of rich chocolate in this, sweet at the beginning, roasty at the back, slight fruity jam tang somewhere in the middle.

440ml can. Pitch black pour with a thin tan head. Aroma of coffee, vanilla, chocolate, molasses. Taste is very rich, loads of coffee and vanilla, chocolate, molasses, very sweet, a bit of booze, some roasty/coffee bitterness. Medium-full bodied, smooth.

Black with a tan cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is chocolate, dark malts, coffee, molasses, dried fruit rinds.
Taste comprises dark malts, coffee grinds, charr, roasted bite, chocolate shavings, hint of vanilla.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost.
Decent enough sipper but lacking some depth for the hefty ABV.
