Description
In 2013 we brewed beer for the first time in our first brewery in the Amsterdam Pijp. We now make award-winning beers, soft drinks and from beer what is left over we distil gin and gin again. We make everything ourselves, as local as possible and completely organic because that is better for our beer and for the planet. Our breweries are located in the most beautiful places in the middle of Amsterdam. Not at all efficient of course, but all the more fun!

Draft at Wild West festival, Amsterdam 2016. Hazy orange with a white head. Aroma of caramel malt, tropical fruity hops, peach, citrus, nectarine and light floral notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [24-07-2016]

Brown with a cream head. Aroma of smoke, burnt malt, roast, toffee and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [24-07-2016]

16th July 2016
Hazy amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy and smooth, decent fine carbonation. Soft malts, light creamy sweetness. Hops are nice fresh orange with traces of lemon and marmalade. Mild peel bitterness. Little tangerine. Light finish brings mild hop spice. Nicely balanced and with well presented hops. Good stuff.

Klares dunkel goldenes Bier mit großen leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch harzig bitter, trocken, sehr hopfig, Pfirsich. Geschmack sehr hopfig bitter, harzig, Pfirsich, lange Bitterkeit, gut.

Fast klare goldene Farbe mit einer großen leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht zitronig und getreidig. Geschmack zitronig hopfig, würzig, mild getreidig, hohe Karbonisation.

Trübes orange goldenes Bier mit mittelgroßen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch phenolisch fruchtig, hefig, Nelke. Geschmack trocken hopfig, phenolisch fruchtig, leicht bananig, hohe Karbonisation.
