Description
In 2013 we brewed beer for the first time in our first brewery in the Amsterdam Pijp. We now make award-winning beers, soft drinks and from beer what is left over we distil gin and gin again. We make everything ourselves, as local as possible and completely organic because that is better for our beer and for the planet. Our breweries are located in the most beautiful places in the middle of Amsterdam. Not at all efficient of course, but all the more fun!

Tap at Troost, Amsterdam: Hazy blond colored brew with an slightly bitter taste, with slightly hints of citrus. More of an Amsterdam unfiltered Kölsch than of an American Pale Ale.

Tap aT Troost, Amsterdam: Hazy amber colored brew with fine fruity bitter taste with hints of caramel and citrus fruits. The base is there with this new brewery, maybe this beer can become more exciting.

Bottle at L.I.B.Leiden: The Amsterdam craftbeer interpretation of an Mexican Corona, including the clear bottle. The taste is much better than an Corona. Ofcourse they put an piece of lemon in the bottleneck, i removed that gimmick.
