Description
In 2013 we brewed beer for the first time in our first brewery in the Amsterdam Pijp. We now make award-winning beers, soft drinks and from beer what is left over we distil gin and gin again. We make everything ourselves, as local as possible and completely organic because that is better for our beer and for the planet. Our breweries are located in the most beautiful places in the middle of Amsterdam. Not at all efficient of course, but all the more fun!

Pours a nice orange/amber colour. Dense white head with long retention. Aroma's: fruity, caramel malts, bready. Retronasal it's bready, caramellish, light fruity, yeasty. Flavour is light sweet and light bitter. Carbonation on the high side. Finish is a bit dry, moderate bitter.

Can at Pluk. Slight haze gilden with small white head. Indeed some bkack pepper up front, dry malts, soft bread crust, yeast, cloves, grassy. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied, slight dry. OK.

One of their better beers. Super malty sweet lager, crisp and clean. Almost as good as a german. Troost ams

9% abv. Decent beer. Below avg for a barleywine. The flavours are there, but it’s a bit thin. Troost ams

Inferior to any german pils. A bit too bitter and muddled. Thick body, not quenching crisp. Troost ams

This is a very very good classical brown ale. Super clean and low bitterness. The beer is completely brown malt derived. Neutral yeast. Clear and very well fermented. Troost Amsterdam

Underrated on here. It’s not classically belgian sure. But it is super clean, and has a sufficient amount of phenolic belgian yeast derived flavours. Very drinkable. Troost Amsterdam

Not really a saison, but a good beer that is kinda unique. No funk, some solid sweetness and round body, but also balanced. Troost Amsterdam

A crisp light blonde. Not a lot of phenols, not a lot of of body or sweetness, but it works as a very neutral beer. Troost ams
