(Draught at Troost de Pijp, Amsterdam, 17 Feb 2023) Reddish amber colour with frothy, beige head. Malty nose with caramel, dried fruit and apricots. Malty taste with notes of caramel, bread, apricots, toffee, brown sugar and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and harmonious bock. Quite nice.

(Draught at Troost de Pijp, Amsterdam, 17 Feb 2023) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of peaches, coriander, orange, hay and bread. Fruity, herbal taste with peaches, orange, hay, coriander and a gentle herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

Pours a very dark brown colour, but not opaque black, and a small brown head with a small layer retention. Aroma's: sweetish, roasty, sweet coffee, red fruity. Retronasal it's more coffee/mocha-ish, roasty, rye bread, dark caramel/toffee. Flavour is sweet, sticky toffee, coffee, moderate roasty bitter. Medium bodied. Finishes with short but firm roasty bitterness. Quite enjoying this.

(Draught at Brouwerij Troost Westergas, Amsterdam, 8 May 2022) Cloudy yellow colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of grapefruit, citrus and tropical fruit. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, pineapple, passion-fruit and a balanced citric/tropical bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Fairly low alcohol level in this NEIPA, but it's really fresh, juicy and tasty. Very nice.

Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, orange peel, mandarin, caramel and a balanced citric/resiny bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced IPA. Nice one.

Malty, fruity taste with orange, honey, papaya, candy sugar and a mild citric/spicy bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, quite sweet. Sweet, but tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

Drucken på fat på Troost i Amsterdam. Gulorange aningen disig vätska med medelhögt vitt skum. Massor av honung i doft och smak, stor kropp och ändå frisk och torr. Bubbelgum, vete och aningen kryddor. Trevlig
