Drucken på fat på Troost Brewpub i Amsterdam. Fenoler, bananrippel, koriander och nejlikor, vetedeg. Kanske bananig i överkant men trevlig och karaktärsfull.

Drucken på fat på Troost brewpub i Amsterdam. Disig gyllengul vätska med medelhögt vitt skum. Torr och krispig, bittra örter, gräs, blommor och en fin distinkt pepprig beska. Gott

Can, 7.5%. Fruity and citric aroma. Hazy golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is peppery with some alcohol bitterness. Quite sweet, almost sugary.

Can, 5.0% - but it says EXTRA WIT. Wheaty and lemony aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Fizzy white head. The flavour seems a little sweet at first, but it is not too much. Good mouthfeel, but hard carbonation. Clove and wheat flavour, not as citric as the aroma. Well-balanced.

Can, 3.8%. Zwarte bes en passievrucht. Lactic aroma, seems dry, and has faint blackcurrant note. Hazy dark red colour. The flavour is quite citric, lemony and lactic with a mild blackcurrant note. Not too dry, and nicely refreshing.

Can, 5.8%. Good citric, yeasty and slightly funky aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Small fizzy white head. The flavour is not as citric as the aroma, but still a little. It has coriander notes, bread yeast, papery maltiness. Black pepper aftertaste.

Can, 6.5%. Good caramelly hop aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is bitter and grassy with a weak caramelly note. Pretty standard.
