Flaske 0,33l kjøpt på Kilpishalli. Gylden. Veldig kortvarig luftig skum. Ikke-helt-god søtlig maltsmak. Legger en godviljen finner en det spor av frukt. 0 kullsyre. Søtlig tørr ettersmak. No good.

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx & brunnsbe! Cloudy copper colour, no head. Sweet nose with banana, caramel and bread. Medium-full bodied with soft mouthfeel, no carbonation. Rye and figs, evident yeast character. No bitterness. Dangerously drinkable.

Had this earlier on draught @SOPP, but rating from this bottle. Dark brown color, not much head. Raisiny, dark malty and yeasty aroma. Low carbonation. Medium-bodied. Flavor has raisins, prunes, some banana ... overall sweetish and sticky. Aftertaste is a bit hoppy and alcoholic. On draught this was more sticky and more sweet. This celebration beer is like an average Sahti.

(Draught at SOPP’10) Poured brown and cloudy. No head appeared. Aroma contained malts and sweetness. Palate was sticky and medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were malts, chocolate, sweetness and mildly saltiness. Aftertaste was malty and mildly bitter. Disguised sahti?

Draught @ SOPP Lahti Festival 2010. [ As Lammin Pöllö-Juhlaoult ].Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, tobacco, moderate hoppy, fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100701]

11.2 ounce bottle from Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a hazy amber color with particles that settle on the bottom. Nearly no head. Aroma of toffee, caramel and faint notes of dried fruits. The taste is sweet malts, raisins, and a faintly herbal finish. Medium bodied. Reminds me of a bad baltic lager. Not a good beer. 6/1/10.

Draught@SOPP Lahti 2010. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruity anf floral hops with some mild maltyness. Flavour is fruity, malty, hoppy and mildly herbal. 7 4 7 4 15.
. Bottled (from K Citymarket Kivihaka, Vaasa). Amber colour witha minor head. Aroma is red berries, some slight grainyness as well as some slight breadyness. Flavour is grains, rather grassy and mildly red berryish. Rather harsh from the bottle. 5 3 4 3 9

Bottle labeled Kataja Olut. Pours dark hazy amber color with almost no head. Fruity aroma and kind of funky, but not necessarily in a good way. Sour, tart and fruity cranberry flavor. Medium body with no carbonation. I wouldn’t recommend trying this.
