Draft with a burger and fries. Chocolate milk, malt. Flavor stays solid through the aftertaste. Good, solid stout. Very drinkable!

Capped 750 from Wine and Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours clear dark copper with a 4finger creamy beige head. Lots of fruit in the nose. Seems a mix of tropic, light pitted and citrus. Not getting caramel, but there’s lots of head in the way. Finally. The malt seems pretty roasty. Near full bodied. Flavor has a big roast malt backbone, but there’s a huge amount of floral, citrus and mixed fruit to hold it down. This seems very fresh and lush. I’m thinking it’s between 1 and 2 months old - based on memory of when it could be ordered. Some resin starts oozing into the mix. It’s hoppy plus, but it’s smooth not harsh and burning. Finishes hoppy and bitter with a little sweet backing. Brilliant effing ale.

750ml bottle from beernbourbon poured into a shaker. Thanks Vince! Pours a ckear dark gold with sbout a half finger of white head. Aroma is pine and citrus hops. Taste is medium bitter snd light sweet. Lots if pine and citrus with a dash of honey. Medium bodied with a slick yet creamy texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Overall, not bad. This makes me want to try even more of their stuff.

Acquired this in a trade. Can’t remember from who though. Too many trades in a month will do that to you. Stuck this IPA in the fridge. Poured into a Mikasa Tulip glass. 3 pounds of hops per barrel? Bring it on!
A - SRM of 22, dark amber / cedar wood appearance. 2-Finger light tan head, okay head lacing with a slow subsiding to 1-finger in height after 3 minutes.
S - Awesome pine needle, spruce tip and ruby red grapefruit juice dominate the nose. Mild bit of candy malts on the back end. Hops are mostly citra with a bit of Amarillo.
T - This may have set a bit too long. Hop profile has faded a bit from 62IBU as stated on the bottle to about 30. Faded hop profile, mild cheese taste. Citra still dominating the flavors Lingering wood chip taste, no alcohol taste, there’s a wee bit of orange juice taste but I’m sure it’s just the hops.
M - 50/50 carbonation, medium body, lingering citra and columbus resin.
O - Decent beer. I’d love to have it fresh but this was a tasty beer and very enjoyable.

Capped 750 from Wine & Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours black with a 4 finger creamy/foamy tan head. Through the head I can only get chcolate and some dark malt. Med minus body. Flavor is dark chocolate and a burnt malt that reminds of the old style Guinness. There’s coffee in it, and something like citrus hop? Basically it’s pretty dry, and bitter. The dominant flavor seems to be the malt. I was hoping Cat Spit related to Cat Piss, but it’s pretty good stuff thanks to the malt bitter.

Pour is a lemonaid looking cloudy yellow. Aroma is fruity and floral with lots of yeasty notes. Flavor is lemon juice bitter with some fruity esters and biscut malt. Finish is super dry and leaves some camomile tea on the tounge. Decent take on the style, kinda saison 101 for those new to the style.

To finish drinking? Ok. Capped 750 from Wine & Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours dishwater gold with champagne bubbles and a foamy white head. Aroma is citric and slightly earthy. And somewhat fruity. Full bodied with foamy carb. Flavor is citric, earthy, yeast/spicy. Frickin brilliant. Finishes nicely dry.

Interesting name. The 750mL bottle poured hazy deep gold with thin off white head. The aroma is full of apricots, apples and yeasty saison spiciness then a sense of soft wheat and bubble gum. The taste basically follows suit with a nice load of sweet light skinned fruitiness mixing with saison yeast spiciness and then some smooth soft wheat notes. Nice.

Bottle shared by Kan, thanks! Pours a hazy orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges slowly. Aroma has notes of earthy pine with a slight must and backing sweet grains. Flavor has notes of sweet grains with just a bit of backing earthy pine. A bit sweet.

Capped 750 from Wine & Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours dishwater gold with a white creamy 4 finger head. Aroma is citrus, pale malt with earthy hints. Near full bodied. Flavor is hot spice, earthy, pale malt, citrus, maybe touch of tropical fruit. I think it’s a little confused/complex. Certainly drinks nice. Feels good in the mouth. Cries out for something spicy food wise. There’s some hope, a little malt sweetness, but overall I’d say it’s earthy. Drinks really nice.
