Bottle, 0.5%. Quite sweet brown sugar aroma, some hop tea notes. Clear dark brown colour. Very small tan head. The flavour is caramelly with some brown sugar. Quite roasted. Sugary and OK bready finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a golden orange glare and a small tan head. Flat malt aroma, roasted caramel to toffee. Sweet breadish, roasted malt, caramel to toffee and mild herbal touch. Ends a bit more dry and roasted breadish.

Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, burntm caramel, chocolate, nutty notes, light to moderate yeasty, leather, apple notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20081230]

Can at Chris o New Year tasting 08/09. Smells of foot bath of a swimming pool. Does settle down a bit. Some choc, some hot alcohol. It’s a bit turgid. Some biscuit.

"Light Beer" prangert auf dem Etikett - light mit 7%? Etwas süßer Antrunk, hopfig, es schmeckt tatsächlich sehr leicht. Minimal beißend im Mittelteil, der Alkohol wird nach und nach erkennbar. Mittelwürzig, wässriger werdend, wenig malzig. Nett aber doch irgendwie zu "light". Test vom 28.3.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 5,8,9,8,7,8 - 7,80

Alkoholisch-süßer Geruch, etwas nach Soja. Dunkel malziger, etwas süßer Antrunk, brotig werdend. Der Alkohol ist nur leicht erkennbar, was zum harmonischen Gesamteindruck beiträgt.
