Tap at the brewery - quality representation of the style - soft texture - moderate sweetness - strong citric character, moderate bitterness, but nothing abrasive or too bitter - finish of floral critic, and woody hops, tempered by a moderate but clean sweetness - nicely done.

Tap at the brewery - not sure happened, but this sucker is buttery as hell - toasty and bready, too, but none of the complex yeast character you’d expect for the style - just tastes like buttered dark bread - lame.

Tap at the brewery - a pretty decent take on the style - frothy mouthfeel - medium dry - some clove and pepper phenolics, light tartness, some sweet peach and melon rind - ginger and pepper in the finish - tail end is a little watery - decent brew.

Tap at Piece - clear gold - crisp, clean, nicely grassy brew - soft, grainy, almost toasty malt character - crackery finish - moderately floral - very slit butter on the tail end, but mostly clean and enjoyable - nice.

Tap at Piece. Hazy orange-tan body. Big citrus aroma. Sweet and bitter. Pretty good IIPA. Zesty upfront, leads to some resinous garlic tinged goodness.

Tap at Piece. Unfiltered chunky amber-brown body. Pleasant banana clove tones. Classic brewpub example, true to style. Rides the yeast. Medium bodied. OK.

Tap at Piece. Pretty decent APA/IPA. Clean golden malt bill. Kind of a new school hop bill, but not as pronounced as its Chicago peers. Fruity, delicate hops. OK.

7pc. A golden orange ipa with a thin off white head. In aroma, beautiful pungent citrus floral hops with good pink grapefruit. In mouth, a sweet orange pulp with smooth citrusy and floral hops, oily mouth feel, nice. On tap at brewery.
