Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear straw yellow with white head that dissipates quickly and nearly completely. Aroma is straw forward with light sweet grains and a touch of hay. Flavor combines sweet grains with straw and a bit of hay in the finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has earthy pine and bread with a bit of hay backing. Flavor has dank and earthy pine with resin and a bit of hay underlying.

Draught @ the taproom (Nov 2024). Faintly cloudy dark yellow with a small frothy off-white head, faint citrus peel aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter orange peel-mango taste, thin body, long finish. Decent NEIPA.

Draught @ the brewpub. Clear dark brown with red highlights with a small frothy dark beige head, toasted malt aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter caramel-dark toasted malt taste, faint nutty flavor, smooth body, long finish. Tasty schwatrzbier!
