On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is hay forward with a good amount of straw, a hint of biscuit and a touch of grass underlying. Flavor has lots of light sweet grain and hay with a growing sweet grass and a bit of straw in the finish.
