Draft sampled at the brewpub. Pours cloudy golden with an off white head. Aroma of citrus, big grassiness and weeds with some caramel behind. Flavour is light moderate sweet and heavy bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus, orange - citrus, pine needle notes. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, fruity, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130501]

A golden ale with a thick lacing off white head. In aroma, a nice fruity malt with herbal notes, cream, orange pulp. In mouth, a nice sweet malt with orange peels, bananas, weizen like. Nice.

Draft at Apex in Portland. That’s right, Portland. Oregon. Seriously. Cloudy amber color, white edge head. Aroma of dusty sweet straw. Taste is similar.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice light citrus and pine hop combination with a bit of earth grain. Flavor starts with musty pine that mellows to citrus with an earthy grain backbone.
