Bottled. A hazy dark yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, lemons, and straw, leading to a dry and alcoholic finish.

Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours a clear yellow with a creamy white head. Sweet malty nose with some hops. Medium body, again a solid base of sweet malts with a slight tartness. A dry hoppy finish. I believe this to be slightly infected. 161211

Sampled from the tap at 2011 FOBAB. Poured a hazy deep golden amber with a near white head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma was very sweet with sweet grains, cereal, caramel and a good amount of butter. Flavor was similarly sweet with a bit of an off putting butter note. Not too enjoyable.

On tap at the brewpub. Poured a clear gold with an off white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has a good amount of spice with notes of sweet grains and hay. Flavor has a lot of grain and hay with just a hint of spice. A bit bland.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear earthy orange with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of malts with notes of bread, hay and grain backed by just a hint of caramel sweetness. Flavor is similarly malty with mainly bread and hay notes backed by some sweet grains and a hint of caramel.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma is crisp with notes of grass and hay. Flavor is similarly crisp wit light sweet grains in the start with grassy hops coming out in the finish.
