On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma is crisp with notes of grass and hay. Flavor is similarly crisp wit light sweet grains in the start with grassy hops coming out in the finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a light citrus and grass hop presence but is mainly sweet with notes of bread. Flavor is sweet throughout with notes of cookies and sweet grains. A bit of grass hops in the finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a near clear milk chocolate brown with an off-white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of sweet dark bread with some sweet chocolate and a bit of toffee. Flavor starts with light notes of bread and grain with some toffee sweetness in the finish.

Draft @ FoBAB 2009, Chicago, IL. Pours a hazy brown color with a small off-white head. Has a sweetish malty woody bourbon aroma with hoppy hints and hints of toffee. Sweetish malty caramel and toffee flavor with hints of vanilla and oak. Sweetish malty toffee and caramel finish with oaky hints in the aftertaste.

On tap at the brewpub. Poured a clear orangish gold with a white head that dissipated completely. Aroma was full of hops with resinous grapefruit, a bit of light citrus and a backing sweet grains. Flavor began with citrus but quickly became full of grapefruit and resinous pine with a sweet grain backbone.

On tap at the brewpub. Poured a clear deep amber with a tan head that dissipated slowly to the edges. Aroma is full of sweet malts and bread with a bit of backing grassy hops. Flavor was similar but a bit thin. There was only a hint of grass and the sweet grains and bread notes were lighter as well.

On tap at the brewpub. Poured black wit ha wooden brown head that lasted throughout the beer. Flavor was full of roasted malts with a bit of smoke and dark bread underlying. Flavor started with dark grains and a bit of sweet chocolate, but became much more roasty with even a bit of smoke growing into the finish.

Aroma had a nice combination of grapefruit and other citrus notes with a bit of light fruit and grains underneath. Flavor had a similar nice combination of other citrus and grapefruit with a sweet grain backbone.

On tap at the brewpub. Poured a dark brown with a grayish brown head that dissipated completely. Aroma was full of roasted malt, dark bread and other dark grains. Flavor was similar with a bit of oat coming out, but mainly dark grains and roasted malts dominate the beer.
