Tap at the brewpub. Pours black with a tan head. Sort of chocolate aroma. Thickish body. Flavor is smooth burnt malt with chocolate. Don’t get coffee. A little smokey towards the finish. Nice, but I don’t think it goes well with pizza - too much flavor!

Tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy dark gold with a white head. Citric/fruity aroma. Med+ body; foamy carbonation. Flavor is very citricly hoppy. Wonderful long hop finish. Good ale.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours amber with a slight white head. Med+ body. Flavor is sweetish, but there’s a lot of hop. Seems a hoppy thing. But well balanced. Whatever. It’s good.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a clear pale amber color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily. Thin rings of lacing on the glass. Earthy malt aroma with some caramel notes. Medium, clean body with flavors of caramel malt, sweet fruit and mild hops. The finish is pale malt with a short sweet aftertaste. Just average overall.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a cloudy dark amber color with a medium thin off-white head that dissipates quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast, bananas and clove. Medium, smooth body with flavors of fruity esters, yeast and caramel malt. The finish is fruity with a light spice and yeast aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Sample at the brewpub. This brew is a brownish-black color with some reddish highlights. Creamy medium beige head that recedes steadily. Roasted malt and smoke aroma. Medium, somewhat dry body with flavors of smoked malt, chocolate and coffee. The finish is roasty with a mildly bitter coffee aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample at the brewpub. Pours a clear light orange color with a medium white head that recedes steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Zesty citrus and hops in the nose. Medium body with a moderately bitter hops character that has citrusy notes. Malty undertones as well. The finish is grapefruit and hops with a bitterness that lingers a bit. Decent IPA overall.

On draught at the brewpub. This brew is a hazy ruddy orange color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily. Citrusy hops aroma with notes of malt and caramel. Rich body with flavors of hops, grapefruit, sweet malt and a bit of pine. The finish is resiny hops with a lingering bitterness left behind. Good all around.
