Bottle. Copper beer with an off-white head. Mineral. light spice, malt aroma. malt flavor with some spicy noble hop backing. Lingering malt sweetness, spice, and grass. Medium bodied.

Bottle. Blackish beer with a brown head. Coffee, roast aroma. Coffee, roasty flavor with a bit of hop bitterness. Coffee and roast lingers. Medium body. Straight forward and to the point.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bronze color with a medium sized orange-tan head. The aroma was light sweet nutty malts and fruity hops. The flavor was bitter, tart, tangy and somewhat dry with moderate fruity hops and lightly vegetal malts.

Pours clear gold with thin white head. The aroma is sweet sugary malts, some biscuit, a little corn and mild floral hops. The taste is a cut of floral and spice hop bitterness accentuated by the initial burst of carbonation. Then the sweet and grainy malts enter in an attempt to reign in the hops. The hop bitterness control the flavor and take it to the finish and beyond with hints of sweetness. A bit on the hoppy side for the style.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured thick and black with a small dark head. The aroma was bitter and dry roasty malts. The flavor was bitter, dry, roasty and had a subtle coffee flavor. The finish was long, dry and bitter. This is in no way a sweet stout.

Bottle. Aroma of coffee, almost espresso. Opaque brown/black color with a beige/tan ringed head (pretty flat). Near full bodied with mild carbonation. Flavor is primarily coffee with some chocolate notes and underlying toasted malt. Finish is fairly dry, with chocolate and lots of coffee. Reasonable level of bitter.

bottle - This beer has a reddish color and a mild cherry and malt aroma with a thin head. It has a light, tart, cherry malt taste, a light body, and an easy finish with an unfortunate metallic note to it. Not too good.

Bottle. LIghtly citric aroma. Amber tinged gold color with a white head that never really arrived. Starts with a bit of orange peel, and some Belgian type spice. Maybe a touch of clove. Arguably coriander. Wheat malt goes with that. It’s rather thin in body, and the carbonation is a bit sharpish. The finish is pretty dry, and the spice sticks around, along with some lemony citrus. Worth the price, but not as tasty as the usual wit.

Pours out of a petit little 6.3oz bottle pours a sediment chunky dull copper with tan head. Boy, that’s not much beer. Looks like a couple of quaffs. The aroma is nice with caramel and toffee that give way to dark fruitiness and hints of citrus hard candy. The flavor is nice and smooth with a suitable somewhat thick mouth feel. The flavor starts with pine and citrus sweet hop flavor that slowly build to a mild bitterness that is a little out of place. Along with the hops are mild caramel candy and toffee candy sweetness. The dark fruitiness really takes a back seat to the other flavor notes. Tasty.

Lightly roasted malt aroma. Amber color with a decent near-white head. Thin to medium body with near creamy carbonation. The flavor is more malty than hoppy. Definitely caramel, but the hop is hard to pin down. Somewhat spicy, perhaps floral. The finish is less than dry, but there is enough hop to balance. Fits the ESB style, but perhaps the hop aromas are a bit lacking. Decent stuff.
