Very hazy golden and raw honey coloured body with a nice three centimetre tall, just off-white head that stays afloat for a long time and even leaves a pretty nice lace on the sides of the glass. Aroma of citrus, lemons, a dash of flowers, some resin and a nice maltiness that couples with the stronger hop notes that are evident here with some sweetness as well in the nose. Medium-bodied; Rich citrusey fruitiness shows through everything with a lot of grassy and crisp malt notes and a subdued but noticeable hop backbone that leaves a little bit of bitterness, but more of the citrusey flavours. Aftertaste is crisp, slightly sweet and resinous and a bit bitter from the hops, but the malt really does it's job here providing a great balance across the board. Overall, a nice (better than I expected) unfiltered, New England IPA that hits the marks nicely, leaves a little bit of sweetness here, but the citrus and subdued hops are very nice here. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle, purchased from Trig's in Wausau, Wisconsin as part of a mixed six pack on 06-August-2021 for US$1,67 sampled in my hotel room here in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on 10-August-2021.

Almost perfectly clear golden and peach coloured body with a nice two to three centimetre tall, pure white head. Aroma of citrus fruit, light wheat, subdued and soft hop notes with a lot of alpha acids and a dry yeast bite that almost brings out a Belgian influence. Medium-bodied; Rich orangey and citus fruit flavours dominate here with a nice malt pungency and a stronger sweetness from some tropical fruits and a dry punch at the end that shows some grapefruit and the more strong yeast strain. Aftertaste shows the citrus fruit notes and a good deal, but not pungent amount of bitterness from the hops with some dryness, a little sweetness and a fairly well-rounded body. Overall, a pretty nice beer (better than I expected from the brewery) that shows the citrusey sides of a new school IPA, but not the unfiltered aspects, but this was solid and worth getting in a mixed six pack like I did if available. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Trig's in Wausau, Wisconsin on 07-August-2021 for US$1,67 sampled in my hotel room here in Indianapolis, Indiana on 09-August-2021, my twelfth wedding anniversary!

Attractive amber brown body, thick beige head. Drinks pretty smooth and nice , more balanced than most US brown ales. Honey malt of course sweetens it up some, merging well with the estery yeast notes. Good.

Cask at Lakefront. Perhaps a little more classical Marzen with a touch of smoke than a full on Rauchbier. Chewy, rich malt tone..rather heavy with the amber malt flavor. Pleasant rich lager in cask, not really falling into and style category.

Tap at Lakefront. Clean, refreshing. Not too light, but still an easy medium body. Lemondrop is sort of muted, not that great of a balance of flavor there. Not a lot going on, probably better with a zestier hop choice.

12 ounce bottle from Woodman's Appleton, 6/26/21. Black, thin tan head, good retention. Aroma of roast and some nuttiness. Taste is sweet malts, chocolate, roast, cinnamon. Tad bit thin. Solid.

Cask at lakefront. Thick, sugary, doughy chocolate tone. A little brown, still opaque but a pinch browner than most imperial stouts. The mellow cask body helps, but this is a big, doughy new school sugar stout as much as a classic version. A little bit brought down by the plastic cups, but still a great beer to sip on by the river.

Pours a lightly hazy orange yellow with a short lasting head of foam.
The smell is cloves, banana, wheat. Simple but basic to the style.
The taste is cloves, banana, wheat, some coriander. Flavourful and fits the style.
Close to medium bodied, the mouthfeel is good.

Code on the bottle, best by 3L2955. Thanks a bunch. I know exactly what that means. /me rolling my eyes.
With a vigorous pour, there's 2 fingers of foam on an amber copper looking fluid. Foam hangs around.
Smell has caramel malt and the smell, sorry, of an AAL. You know what I mean.
The taste is caramel malt, grainy, some biscuit, hints of roast. Evenly balanced, good thing or not so good thing? Come on, it's an Amber Lager. Similar appearance to say, a Yuengling Traditional Lager. Bitterness level is near non existent. Ok.
Good enough light body character.
Not bad but not something that I would want to revisit so I will give the other 2 bottles away locally.
