750 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Kvadrat. ABV is 6%. Pale golden colour, pours slightly sparkling, no head. Aroma of cider apples, hints of oak and sulphites. Minimal carbonation in the mouth. Flavour of cider apples, mid between dry and sweet, light bodied.

Did my best for a basque pour. Tart, very green, lemony, soft pale almond/almond spice sweetness, medium to light sour lemony acidity. Medium body and low (thanks to my pouring skills) carbonation. Very nice with the heatwave.

Bottle shared at home and later at Maakun’s. Hazy yellow with short ladting head. Dit my best for a basque pour. Tart, very green, lemony, soft pale almond/almond spice sweetness, medium to light sour lemony acidity. Medium body and low (thanks to my pouring skills) carbonation. Very nice with the heatwave.

Bottle sampled thanks to sjogro. Bit hazy golden. Sweet apple, yeasty, light vinegar, quite funky, quite flowery, green apple, soft herbal. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with low carbonation. Good Basque style cider.
