Bottle 33 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a lacing, white head. Clean, malty nose with a hint of alcohol. Rich, sweet malty body - very sweet actually. Very little bitterness for balance makes this quite the candy beer. But if you want the booze, you've go t it. 240126

Bottle 50 cl. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a creamy and lacing, white head. Lovely lemonade aroma. Medium body, very sweet lemonade notes - but clean and sugary, not artificiak sweeteners. Absolutely no bitterness. Tune down the sweetness a bit please. 091225

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a neat and lacing, white head. Rather neutral aroma, slightly yeasty perhaps. Light body, very soft and smooth mouthfeel. Quite sweet. The wort accents are there, but they are discreet - luckily. Absolutely no bitterness. Drinkable. 131125

(Draft at Hopfenreich, Berlin, 19 July 2025) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, slightly hoppy nose with bread, herbs, grass and citrus. Malty taste with notes of bread, cereal, citrus, grass and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a certain malt sweetness. Well balanced and refreshing. Quite nice.

Pours hazy gold into a weizen glass. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes to coat surface. Banana aromas. Dry with sweet banana, hay and grass upfront turning to mild clove in the abrupt finish. Dry and refreshing, without the wheat viscosity of other hefes, and I sort of like it.
