Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Clear golden, small head. Worty malt aroma. Very sweet with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Honey and undermented wort. Low bitterness. Rather cloying.

Extrem helle, fast glasklare Farbe.

Slightly unclear with a big foamy head. Roasted breadcrumbs, dark bread, slightly metallic, roasted malt, caramel, lemon zest, grassy hops, earthy. Hoppy roasty zesty bitterness, malty sweetness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry zesty hoppy malty bittersweet finish. Wow that is a great Dunkles!

Bottle to mug.
Appearance: clear golden color with a slight cloudiness to it and a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated at a semi-slow pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: straw/lemon hoppy scents with some clean bready malts in there
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a refined sweet quality; finishes about the same with a speck of creaminess
Texture: light to medium bodied; very sessionable; very smooth along the tongue; great carb level
Overall: worthy Helles lager of returning to.

Bottle to weizen glass.
Appearance: slightly dark copper/orange cloudiness with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet soft banana tones with some clove spice; very light bubblegum which seemed to dissipate more as I sipped this beer; slight sweet wheat
Flavor: pretty much stays with the banana and clove in a sweet to lightly spicy sort of way; subtle sweet wheat roams in and around to intertwine with the banana and spice; finishes banana and clove sweet to spicy toned
Texture: medium bodied; sessionable; good smoothness with appropriate wheat kick and/or bite as I was hoping for (nothing overbearing); good carb level
Overall: a very nicely done hefeweizen I would welcome again.

Bottle. Mitchell’s Wines. Very faint haze on a lemony gold. Solid white froth stays the course. Slightly creamy malts behind some lemon pith and light white pepper hoppage. Nice faint whiff of sourness. Taste is semi sweet with some green leaf bitterness. Nice mouthfeel here making for a super easy drinker. Fair crispness to finish. Solid.
