Thanks Henrik! Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is herbal, grassy and mild earthy tones with some grains as well. Flavour is grains, herbal, some grassy and mild bready tones. Wee bit of cardboardy elements too.

Thanks Henrik! Pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is citrus, lemonade and mild grains. Flavour is grains, some herbal and lots of citrusy lemonade to it.

Into a tulip.
Appearance: black in the glass with a finger and a half's worth of beige foamy head which dissipated after about two minutes then left very little lace
Aroma: rich caramel malts, dark fruits, brown sugar, dark bread and toasted nuts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a rich sweet malty, toasted nutty to dark fruity sweet quality; finishes rich malty sweet with a little bit of stickiness
Texture: medium bodied, slightly sessionable, very smooth along the tongue with nothing gripping to the tongue
Overall: wow, what an absolutely awesome Doppelbock! Definitely would have again!

Clear deep amber brown beer, tidy bubbly pale tan head. Smooth palate, a very mild dryness, modest fine carbonation. Light bodied malts, a thin chocolate biscuit thing, barely there. Very mild treacle and very mild plummy fruits. Airy smooth finish leaves a sweetish malty linger. Fine but, I want a dunkel to be a little more assertive than this.
