On tap at Albani Brewery. Golden with a lasting white head. Heavy herbal aroma with rosemary and sage, and a touch of fruit. Sweet malty and herbal flavour.

Bottle, 3.5 years after BBE date. Pours dark cola brown with medium white head. Aroma is malt, black currant, port wine, prunes, caramel and rye bread. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter and faint acidic. Body is milky with soft carbonation. Finish is long and sweet with notes of caramel, brown sugar, sweet licorice and rye.

Bottle 60 cl. Pours a clear amber with a small, creamy off-white head. Very rich and potent aroma, dried and overripe fruit, Belgian yeast. Rich body, again a lot of Belgian yeast, complex fruits and sugars with quite some booze in the finish. Never gets cloying. One of the best beers I've had from this brewery. 030918
