Bottle shared in Hackney - cheers to Fergus. Pours clear light pink with a frothy, white head. Fairly sweet, some sugary and ripe apples, mild tangy berries, nips of alcohol. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Sweet finish, some champagne-like character, more rich apples, berry accents. Solid.

Bottle shared at Leightons place, Hackney 16/08/2018. A gusher. A crystal clear pink, peach coloured pour with a halo of white. Aroma is nice semi sweet grape, apple, hibiscus.. Flavour is composed of medium sweet. Red grape, apple, medium sweet. Palate is medium sweet.. Palate is medium sweet, highish frothy, carbonation,. Not bad, pretty sweet.

Bottle shared at Chris and Ruth shindig 04/08/2018. A clear petrol yellow coloured pour with a fine white froth. Aroma is champagne, tart, dry apple, dry grape,. Flavour is composed of semi dry, woody apple pips, white sugars, light bark, vanilla. Palate is semi sweet, dry finish, highish carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle split at the pre GBBF Shindig '18, thanks to Scopey, 04/08/14. Pale golden blonde with a decent white cap. Nose is mellow apple, grassy, straw, grains. Taste comprises apple skins, mellow orchard notes, grassy, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

Bottle 750ml. @ [ chriso & Boudicca's pre- GBBF Shindig 2018 ] - Chris and Ruth's House, 🇬🇧 London. [ As Stassen Cidre Brut ]. ABV: 7.4%. Sparkling, clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, good - fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, green apples, apple skin. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, apple, apple skin, green apple, sweet apples. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft - almost lively. Bottle at Pre GBBF Shindig 2018. Clear pale gold colour lasting white head. Apple cider aroma. Decent enough fizzy cider. A bit too sweet .Ok.

Bottle from M&S. It pours clear yellow - gold with a foamy, fluffy white cap. The aroma is soft, sweet, fruity, white grape juice, sweet apple, gooseberry, touch cracker and fruit skin. The taste is crisp, clean, dry, touch of tartness, mellow sweetness, apple upfront, creamy, apple skin, white grape, appletiser and hay with a dry finish. Medium body and prickly, effervescent carbonation. Quite classy stuff. Perhaps a touch sweet for my liking, but bad.
