Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and bourbon. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and roasted moderate bitter finish with warming alcohol. Oily. 170215

Bottle @ Christers. Pours black with a fading light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, oak, light bourbon, vanilla, alcohol. Flavor is light sweet, malty, caramel, little coconut, vanilla, bourbon, somewhat boozy. Medium body, soft carbonation, warming alcohol in the finish. 170215

Bottle, 9.6%. Almost black with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, bourbon, vanilla and wood. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, bourbon, wood, vanilla, sweet, hop, notes of liquorice and a medium bitter.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are nice bourbon, vanilla, wood, roast malt, chocolate, coffee and hops. Nice and smooth. Lovely.

Bottle at home. Hazy golden with big fluffy white head. Steeped grains, green fruits, lemon, light spices with some black pepper. Light sweet going into light tartness. Medium bodied fizzy carbonation. Decent saison.

Bottle. Beermoth, Manchester. Slightly hazy gold. Nice, dense, lasting, glossy, white head. A looker. Biscuity, bready malts. Peppery spice. Some sage. Grassy hop. Taste is soft sweet. Some yeasty dryness. Soft, airy palate. Very easy drinking. Finishes peppery dry, with a light bitter close. Nice saison.
